Paul leads client engagements at Aupera. He holds a BA in Economics from York University and an MA in Economics from McMaster University. He has supported nonprofits on research teams, authored Standard Operating Procedures, and built models focused on micro-responses to corporate incentive structures. His academic interests include public policy, legislation, and business strategy.
